At the end of October I fell from a loft ladder and injured my shoulder.
My wife dialled 999 and a first responder (Chris) arrived within minutes and administered pain relief. A back up ambulance was called to assist (Poppy and Kerry), and I was taken to Cheltenham A&E for treatment.
I was impressed by the speed of attendance and the manner in which the crews carried out their duties. They were a credit to themselves and the service.
