I was a patient on Lister ward 2 at the Nottingham City Hospital in December of last year. The best thing about my experience was the standard of care which I received from the nursing staff - they were always ready to help when needed.
However, I didn't appreciate being told that there would be no bed available after having already waited in a side room for 9 hours.
