Having just completed an episode of care I assumed this request related to that care- as a whole experience. Now I realise it probably relates to the phone contact this week for a new referral, and only with reference to TRAC.

I felt I needed no more information from my GP other than that they would make the referral.

TRAC informed me there were no appointments available at either of my selected hospitals so that I would hear directly from the hospital in due course. This contact did serve to assure me that my referral was in progress.
