My complaint is relatively minor (blocked ear), but I have had the utmost care during my treatment at my GP surgery, and when it was found necessary to refer me to a specialist, everything was explained fully and clearly.

Upon receiving a very prompt call from the appointments team, I was able to choose an appointment which was convenient, both in terms of time and venue.

A first class service, which I don’t think could be improved upon.
