What I liked

Why are there no telephone numbers for the RLI or the University Hospitals of Morecambe Bay Foundation Trust in the Lancaster telephone book? The Royal Preston Hospital is in twice but the RLI does not appear at all, under "Royal", "Lancaster", "Infirmary" or "hospitals"! I shouldn't have to switch on a computer to find their phone number.

What could be improved

Get the numbers in the book!

Many thanks for this - this issue was brought to our attention earlier this year and we have ensured that we are in the phone book for all our sites, as well as in the Yellow Pages. However there is a time-lag between placing the order and it appearing in the printed books, so they will be in new books which are due to be distributed over the next few months.
