What could be improved

My comments are about ward D46. When my relative walked in to bay after 6pm nurse with a very angry attitude informed us that this wasnt a visiting time and my visitor needs to go. It would be helpful if the informations regarding hours were better visable since this is the only ward with different visiting times. Later on the same nurse informed me that I will be moved somewhere else, very patronising and was very busy chewing sweets at that time which looked just ignorant.

Sister on the ward didnt make the best impression either, constantly nagging staff.

Unfortunately I had to be a patient many times but this is the only ward on which staff was not nice.
