About: Bedford Hospital South Wing

What I liked

having been sent by GP for a heamatoma, which needed surgery, and seen in A&E, the nursing staff were excellent, kept me informed, made sure I was OK,

The staff in theatre were also excellent, as were recovery and especially the anesthetists. who visited me on the ward twice during the night.

Victoria Ward Nurses were great, and helped me through what was a traumatic day. please pass my thanks on.

What could be improved

1 surgeon, was very off hand and a bit arrogant. but the consultant was excellent
