Due to past experience of referral to treatment time period I was pleasantly surprised and a little shocked at how quickly the doctors referral was processed this time. Very happy result, I hope it continues!

(this is the first time I haven't had to chase up an appointment myself)

I am hoping my sons referral is treated as quickly and positively as my daughters referral in connection with ENT.

We are glad you were pleased with the promptness of the referral and treatment with Sentinel, we are proud of our booking processes and the speed in which patients are seen, we always endeavour to have the shortest waiting times and ensure we treat our patients within the 18 week referral to treatment time, many of our patients get seen and treated within a much shorter time period.

We are always reviewing our administration processes, one of our services has only had four patients who have failed to attend their appointment in the last 12 months! It's a remarkable achievement and largely due to our hardworking administrative team and the booking service they run.
