"TRAQS referred me to physio"

About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as the patient),

After seeing a doctor who's only information was that she would refer me for Physio. Then TRAQS contacted me with a date which was suitable at the right hospital and wasn't too long to wait. As of today I see a physio and hope to make a start in relieving my pain.

TRAQS provides help and support for the patients registered with GPs within the NHS Telford and Wrekin area when they require a referral to a hospital or community clinic for further treatment.
