"I was most impressed with the TRAQS service"

About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as the patient),

My GP referred me to TRAQS and then within a week I had a phone call from TRAQS to say that they had received the referral from my GP. The person on the phone said where she was from and was very polite and very helpful, I was most impressed.

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback to the TRAQS Team. We are very pleased that you had a positive experience when using our new service and that the person who spoke to you impressed you with the way they dealt with your call.

We are a new service providing help and support for the patients registered with GPs within the NHS Telford and Wrekin area when they require a referral to a hospital or community clinic for further treatment.

We value all feedback as it helps us to develop the TRAQS service further.
