"need urgent attention to reception staff"

What I liked

I would prefer to have nice and friendly staff instead of rude bunch of receptionist in the reception.

The GP who treated me was so kind and helpful, and staff is inefficient in all aspects reason is my blood report has made missing by the staff and they dont want to listen to their GP instructions they operates on their own iniatives. I have visited 2 times this newbury park health center now I feel I am so unlucky to have this type of staff because both the time they impressed me badly. still my problem remain same since I didn't want to see those rude ladys again.

What could be improved

reception staff manners and way of talking to patients should improve, need bit of kindness and politeness
