What I liked
Following my motorcycle accident and subsequent admission to the John Radcliffe Hospital, I feel compelled to express my gratitude for the exceptional level of care and treatment I received.
From the second the paramedics arrived at the scene, to my discharge from the Hospital, and as I continue my after care treatment, every aspect of my stay has been outstanding.
I am aware that the NHS has come under some criticism in recent years, but I challenge anyone to maintain that criticism after being treated in a hospital such as the John Radcliffe. The facilities, food, cleanliness, sanitation and fundamentally the high level of care, have all been nothing less than exceptional.
This experience has made me realise how fortunate we are in this country to have such a great institution as the NHS.
What could be improved
I can honestly say there was no aspect of my care that needed improving.
"A very good hospital, with great care."
