What I liked

i went to hospital following a injury at work, i had to take my 10 yr old son with me who is terrified of doctors after a rather unpleasent doctor treated him in a different medical centre. i first went into the examination room to be seen before i went into the main room and the dr in there was fantastic he not only got my son smiling but he now has a different opinion on doctors all togather, he was very helpful and made the whole experience so much better.

What could be improved

dont have any complaints

would like to say a big thank you to the dr that was in the first examination room :) just wish i had got your name to thank you properly :)
