The staff were very rude! An older gentleman come in to get his blood test done and was spoke to in a very rude manner, I don't think it is right to talk to anyone the way they did but to speak to an older member in the community with such a tone was not professional at all! Staff was also rude to me, I was nervous about getting my blood test done and they had a go at me for the drink I was drinking, they could of said politely but they didn't! Previously studying heath and social care in college I have learnt that you do not treat people they way they were being treated today! I was not happy one bit.
