What I liked
I was treated in the Isolation Ward for two weeks, during the whole of that time I was very well looked after by all of the staff on that ward. They went out of their way to make sure that I was comfortable and that I was treated with dignaty and as an individual rather than a number which is what I have found on previous visits to hospitals. I must thank the Sister for her unfailing pleasant manner which seemed to transmit itself to the rest of her staff. The food was plentiful and well presented.
The only drawback as far as I was concerned was that on occassions the staff numbers on duty seemed inadequate for the volume of work that they were required to carry out. To sum up: Nursing 5 star
Cleanliness 5 star
Food 5 star
Awareness of problem and treatment 5 star
What could be improved
More staff at busy periods
"exceptional care"
