"TRAC- Lovely to have a choice"

From the time of my physio's referral to my actual operation was 2 months. Incredible! TRAC contacted me on my mobile and offered a few options of which hospital I would prefer. Lovely to have a choice. From the start I felt like an important person and not a number on a piece of paper. I found the whole experience of my GP's referral to my physio through to meeting the doctors and operation day to be very easy and I was told about every step of the procedure in plain English (no doctor jargon hehe) TRAC were very caring and made me feel at ease about my short journey to full health again. Options were there for a choice of hospital and a date agreed on the phone. Was also given a contact number if I was unable to keep the appointment due to work commitments. Superb Service. Thank you.
