The outpatient reception is gloomy and uninviting.
The receptionist was talking to a colleague (socially) and failed to stop when I presented myself. My wife did the talking for me as I am hard of hearing. For some reason this caused the receptionist to become confused. I was directed to waiting area 1 which was light and bright although overcrowded.
