"My experience of phyisio"

About: Devon PCT / Community physiotherapy

(as the patient),

I posted how amazing tiverton a&e was back in may when I fell of my bike. I recovered quickly and was back to health.

I then started to get pain again back in september so I started having physio at Cullompton health centre. My first physio was lovely and started slowly and we worked together to try and make my knee better. When I went for my 4th appointment she was ill so I had another physio. She was ok. I went to day for my appointment and I am still in a lot of pain. She got me on the bed and asked me to lift my leg. I couldn't lift it very far, I said I couldn't lift it any more. She snaped at me and said you are not trying. I replied yes I am I am in pain and cant lift it any more. But she wasn't having any of it. I told her again but she still wasn't having any of it. I and my mum left and now going for further treatment with my GP.

She was talking to me like I was stupid. No one should be spoken to like that. It was rude and upsetting to me.
