"Frustrated trying to get appointments"

Have now tried to make an appointment on 3 seperate occasions this week, very stressful, have been given dates 2 weeks in advance!

When I have questioned this I have been told to ring at 8am for an appointment in 2 days time. I have now tried this on 3 occasions only to find that the phone line is continually engaged - complete waste of time.

When I have now tried to explain that I am holiday on the dates that are now being suggested it only seems to make things worse! ! ! I have found the attitude of the reception staff really unhelpful, and I am at a loss to describe the frustration of dealing with people who so obviously do not care, which is not very good when you consider this is doctors!
