About: Locala Community Partnerships CIC / Community COPD service

(as the patient),

Leigh Barker community matron has treated, cared and helped me in various aspects over the last 2 years. She's treated me for damaged vertebrae, hip replacement, and asthma.

She is always professional, listens to me and helps in my decisions regarding my health.

Its always good to see her smiling face and caring ways.

You certainly have made a difference to my quality of life.
