(as the patient),

I suffer from Crohns disease and regularly need blood tests.

I've had horrific needle phobia for 12 years and Gina Ralph and Candice have got me through this by being incredibly patient. I don't know what I'd do without them if they moved and they did say they might.

They are really wonderful and deserve recognition. I see them at Nutgrove Villa and my mum who is diabetic goes there too. They are absolutely fantastic.
