What I liked

during 2012 my mother was in hospital on a number of ocasions. time was spent in A&E, E.C.U wards 2,4,12 as well as Jubilee day hospital and Psychiatry of old age. Sadly on her last admission she passed away September 25th. I spent most of this time with her and I have nohting but praise and admiration for all the staff involved. Not only was my mother well looked after, I felt that I was given full support and any questions are concerns that I had were easily answered

I was particulary grateful to the staff on E.C.U . during her last hours, they not only made her

comfortable but gave me tremendous support during a difficult time.

What could be improved

Just carry on the good work

I am pleased to hear about your experience and I will ensure that your very positive feedback is passed on to all of the staff involved as such feedback is a very good morale boost for all staff.
