What I liked

I have just received treatment for mitral valve repair at your hospital, I was a little nervous at the prospect but from the start I could not have been treated better anywhere else.

I was so impressed by the caring,efficient and professional attitude shown by the medical staff at all times they are a credit to your hospital.

What could be improved

Whilst waiting for patient transport back home I needed to go to the loo but was a bit surprised to discover how heavy the access doors from patient transport office to the ladies toilet are. Think this needs your attention.
