"Dirty, nurses need to shape up there acts"

What I liked

They were very kind, had a barrier room, shower area had been used dirty and not cleaned when I was admitted in the room, hadn't been clean, they do a teat on you to stop germs coming in but the shower Rea was dirty, I have a illness mustn't have germs around me as I am very ill, my family told a nurse who removed the items but the shower area was not cleaned at all discussing this is how mrs a happens, filthy wards, staff kind loverly, but germs kill eh.

What could be improved

Clean the rooms before putting people in them, even accident emergency took me in a room a gown used on the bed dirty tissues on the floor bed linen not removed they took my blood, scary the a and e nurses assess you that read dirty what happened to cleanliness in a and e

Anything else?

Needs to up standards when you come on to a and e see nurses make sure it's clean you catch germs before you even see doctors
