What I liked

my mum as been in this hospital now 5 weeks and all i can say is they have contributed to making my mum more poorly than what she was when she went in. she as been nil by mouth for 6 days then when i complained they decieded that she could go on stage 1 foods but that only lasted 1 day then went back to nil by mouth even though i fed her and everthing went ok. i think they thought it was a waist of time as she is 72. they said i should accept it but then someone picked up that she haddnt had a brain scan so she had 1 when they discoverd she had a stroke while she as been in hospital not before dont no how this will end but dr need to do something its disgusting how they care for elderly

What could be improved

docters and consultants need to get to no patients and family and comunicate with family more
