What I liked

Whilst I have not been the patient my grandfather has had numerous trips to the LRI this year and from his first port of call at A&E to the various wards he has been on from the modern bay wards to the old Victoria wards (where he is at the moment) the level of care has always been excellent - even when A&E is at it's busiest and patients on trolleys are queued up waiting to be assessed.

What could be improved

More staff - but doubt this will happen.
