What I liked

I recently attended a pain management programme, It was covered by two staff members. I was a bit aprehensive to begin with as i didn't know what to expect as i had never been to any group programme before and didn't think it would help with my pain.

During the programme we learned how the body has to go through stages and how you think about pain reflects on the healing process.

I am not fully 100% but by attending this programme I know that I'm not doing myself any damage by carrying out the tasks I used to in moderation, its about training your body to understand that the movements are ok.

I can't thank them enough and only wish I was aware of this sooner, maybe it would have reduced the amount of time i was off work.
