What could be improved

Every time I go to the walk in clinic I never get help and feel like I have wasted 4 hours of my life. There is one Dr there that has misdiagnosed me on one occasion and also is very rude and very unhelpful. The nurse I had been seen by told me the dr there would be able to refer me for a blood test so I sat and waited for a couple of hours to see the Dr for my referal. I was explaining my symptoms to the dr who clearly was not listening to what I was saying and then said that I need to go to my gp to get referred for a blood test so by this point I was frustrated and said so I have just wasted my time as I'm only here as I'm unwell and I could not get a drs appointment her reply was no I think it's more a waste of our time. I was disgusted! I won't return to the walk in centre again

I clearly think the drs need to observed as the duty of care as obviously been forgotten I'm disgusted by the care I was I given
