"Very uncomfortable"

What could be improved

I visit the cancer services day care outpatient unit at sunderland royal hospital every so often for treatment ,I feel most of the staff are unfriendly ,i feel it is always hit and miss wether they converse with you or not.

I personally am always made feel very uncomfortable when i go for treatment and cant wait to get out of the place .

I also notice that a lot of the time they do not wash hands between patients which is very worrying
