Didnt know the car parking rules had changed. I take my disabled mother and didnt know the car had to be registered, so I received a Parking Fine. I spoke on the phone with one of the Security Guards at Sunderland Eye Infirmary and he was most helpful and sorted everything out for me. Thank you very much.
