What I liked

Some staff were amazing, had excellent customer care and worked hard to ensure the labor, birth and post-natal experience was positive

What could be improved

Some staff, particular where they felt the pressure of being busy - did not take my experience of there care into consideration, did not take the time to ensure I understand what was happening next.
