What I liked

I would like to commend the staff on Ward A7 on my recent treatment. The nurses were full of care and understanding, my doctor was very helpful and there is just an overall aura of friendliness around the ward.

They are all angels and I would not have recovered properly without their love and support.

What could be improved

My comment is explanatory so what improvements?

Anything else?
