Last month, I was taken in to the Emergency Admissions Unit of the Nottingham City Hospital after suffering a heart attack. Having had a heart attack, I would have expected to have been a priority and would have been seen sooner, but this was not the case. I was taken for an ECG, but the room was busy at the time and so was asked to wait. However, this procedure was never carried out. The best thing about my stay there is that I was given free drinks and food because of the time delay.
