What I liked
I received exceptionally good treatment at Stroud Hospital this morning. I went into A&E with a damaged right knee. I was greeted brightly by reception, seen immediately by a triage nurse, then by a nurse practitioner, then taken for an x-ray and finally seen by the doctor on duty. Diagnosed, advised and given a new Acute Knee Injuries appointment. Out within an hour. Thank you all :-)
What could be improved
Nothing.
