What I liked

The x-ray department never answer their phone and do not respond to voice messages. I tried about ten times to call ahead to find out when the x-ray department is open, but as i did not receive a response I went ahead and came down to the hospital after work. The department shuts at half four! When I went to the A&E X-ray department to ask if there was any other options I was told very rudely that they cannot help and if my injury was that bad then i need to take time off work. Rude staff, shocking patient treatment, nobody wants to help and the i'll be amazed if anyone calls me back following my voice messages.

What could be improved

Someone could answer the phone at elast once in ten attempts. Improve staff politeness. Open later than half four to at least try and cater for people who work.
