What I liked
nursing staff was amazing
What could be improved
doctors need to assess people as they are & not what there file says off 2 yr ago
as the doctors make you feel as you are lying about your symtums

Thank you for your comments. We will pass your comment about our nursing staff to our Lead Matron in order for her to let the nursing teams know. We take seriously your concerns about the medical staff not assessing symptoms effectively at each appointment and will ensure that these concerns are acted upon.
