I was a patient at the Urology department of the Queen's Medical Centre in Nottingham earlier this year. I found the standard of care was good - the staff were friendly at all times, and were able to provide me with all the information and assistance I required. The only improvement which could be made would be to reduce the amount of waiting time for appointments.
