i arrived to have my 9week old child vaccinated, she should have received 2 vaccinations, on the day, however they didnt know where the second vaccination was in the hospital ( pnuemonia vaccine ) .

It was orderd weeks earlier but somehow they couldnt find where it had been deleiverd to in the hospital. Needless to say im still awaiting this vaccine, there has been no responce from the hospital telling us whats happening its a shambles.

Prior to that numerouse appointments have been lossed on there system i aarived with a appointment card from the hospital showed it to reception, Her reply was sorry your not on the system you will have to come back.

I find this standard or-non standard incredible.I hope i never have to go in hospital for anything its all very worrying
