What I liked

Efficient receptionist, only a short wait before my suspected broken arm was examined by a smiley nurse. Then to x-ray, quickly carried out, and within 45 minutes I was on my way home. All the staff I met were extremely friendly and efficient. After reading in the press where people sit for hours in the waiting room, I was dreading the visit. Well done Urgent Care Centre, and thank you.
