What I liked

I am very afraid of hospitals and anything to do with them because of previous experiences. I was reassurred and treat with care from the nurses to surgeon and anethetist . Everything was explained all the way through and I was never rushed .I appreciate larger hospitals have not the same amount of time or staff to patient ratio which is a shame .

Cleanliness was also very good.

What could be improved

Parking .My relative only wanted to pick me up but we had to walk down the road to meet him as the parking attendant even left the car park to follow us . Very much a contrast to the rest of the visit.
