What I liked
The fact I arrived lunch time on a Saturday to a fairly busy waiting area, yet sat for only approx 20 mins before being seen by a lovely man who discussed my injury before examining me and writing up some notes. I was then sent straight to the x-ray area where I sat for only a few minutes before I was called in for an x-ray. Again, the female nurse was friendly and helpful and the procedure only took a couple of minutes. I was asked to hand the results to a nurse back in the waiting area, where again, I waited only minutes before seeing the same male doctor to have the results explained. Confirmation of a metatarsal fracture was given and I was suitably fitted with a boot/wheel-clamp! I was kept fully informed throughtout my visit and am now awaiting an appointment in a few days to see a consultant for further assessment. Good work Pinderfields!
