About: Darlington Memorial Hospital

What could be improved

I took my 95 year old father for a chest Xray on Monday 8th October and was told the results would be available on Friday 12th October. Now I have been told that the results might be available on Tuesday 16th October. Why so long? In other towns where I have lived such results would normally be available withion 48 hours at the most. My father has a nasty chest infection and the results are important. I would appreciate a clear explanation for this delay.
