"attentive attitude from staff during removal of plate from left ulna- New Victoria Hospital"

About: New Victoria Hospital / Day surgery

(as the patient),

This was my second visit for 23 hour care at the New Victoria Day Hospital in Glasgow- the first being 2 years ago.

On both occasions I was impressed by the attentive attitude of all staff I came into contact with. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and unfailingly pleasant.

The only down side was the food but I understand cooked food was not going to be available due to the nature of the hospital.

I have no great desire to stay in any hospital ever again but the DSU would definitely be the best option.

Thank you for taking the time and trouble to provide your very kind feedback.

I will ensure that this is passed on to those involved and I am sure that they will be very pleased to read your comments.

I am sorry that this posting was not acknowledged at the time, we had a break in our use of Patient Opinion, but we have now resumed doing so, and I thought it was still important to acknowledge your posting and where appropriate to pass comments on.

Once again, thank you for using the Patient Opinion feedback system, it is greatly appreciated.

The staff and medical teams at the Day Surgery Unit will be delighted to read your very thoughtful remarks.
