(as the patient),

I'm just thankful we have nurses like Louisa McGregor who is on the end of the phone for me. These last 4 months have been quite worrying over my bladder and Louisa explained things better than any doctor can. Also she will ring back which is very reassuring when doctors seem miles away which I know are very busy but when your operation doesn't go as planned you need someone to talk to.
