I saw Doctor Giles for my Consultancy today, regarding my right knee. Dr. Giles was very thorough and my consultancy was not rushed in any way, Dr. Giles taking great care to examine my knee and went to great lengths to explain to me what the problem was with my knee.
Dr. Giles explained my options and suggested that if possible I should carry on for as long as possible before having my knee replaced. But he added that as a knee is replaced to relieve pain, and that when I feel that I cannot manage the pain any longer, I should contact him immediately and he would arrange to get me in Derriford Hospital for the operation.
I was very pleased and satisfied with the consultancy with Dr. Giles.
