"Good experience in referral and treatment for cataract- TRAQS"

About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS) West Midlands Ambulance Service University NHS Foundation Trust

(as the patient),

My optician told me I had a cataract on my eye- She referred me to my GP who then referred me for a consultation for an operation.

An appointment was arranged- I am unsure why it could not be at my local hospital? - But transport was arranged for me form Telford to Cannock.

My driver to/ from the hospital was great- efficient and caring. Many thanks to her.

Good experience.
