Arriving early for my appoi8ntment, mid-morning on a Thursday, parking was a little tight but I managed to get the only billet left- so more than happy. Reception was helpful, cheerful and not 'mechanical' as can sometimes be experienced on a busy public interface. Well laid out, very clean (even on a quite filthy day) and the facility of a decent coffee made for a good and pleasing start to the appointment. Thus ran eventually about 10/15 minutes late, but I am sure that most people realise that treatment doesn't run as mechanical precision. The only other hospital that compares was the Peninsula, which had the same efficient but friendly atmosphere about it.

I think to arrive on a miserable day, park under cover, climb clean stairs of one floor and be in reception within three minutes, Have the choice of coffee and snack, the facilities of clean toilets whilst awaiting the surgeon speaks for itself. thank you.
