Please could you say a very big thank you to the staff in the MRI scan unit at East Surrey Hospital.

I had a scan on in early Oct 2012 at 09; 15 and would just like to say thank you to everyone who helped me.

I was absolutely terrified but was put at ease by the staff that were on duty.

I have a big fear of tunnels and I would not of have been able to go through with it, if it wasn't for the gentleman who was there.

these people helped me so much I feel I have conquered my fear.

I am so glad to hear that the staff here at East Surrey Hospital were able to put your mind at ease and make the MRI scan as pleaseant an experience as it can be when you have a fear of tunnels. Congratulations on over coming your fears. We try very hard to make patients feel at ease and I will be sure to pass on your message of thanks to the MRI team.
