(as the patient),

Digital rectal examination: I noticed that the nurses and surgeon did their best in trying to make me feel as comfortable as possible; they talked with me, even cracked a few jokes and made sure that I was aware off every expected odd moment. Nothing caught me by surprise. I wish everyone who has to go through the same procedure I went through the same experience I had. Thank you. By the way, nothing major was wrong with me just a few very small haemorrhoids.

Also great to hear that you were made to feel at ease and had the procedure fully explained to you, making your whole experience as pleasant as it could be.
