I was a patient in Clinic 1 of the Queen's Medical Centre in Nottingham with a lump on the left side of my abdomen. The standard of treatment which I received was good. I was seen quickly, and this was the best thing about the experience in my opinion. However, the efficiency left something to be desired when waiting for the results of my tests. It was a very upsetting time thinking the worst, and this was only intensified by the long wait for the results.
